# Officers

The officers of this club shall be a [president](https://docs.choteaulions.club/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/officers/president), immediate past president, [the vice president(s)](https://docs.choteaulions.club/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/officers/vice-presidents), [secretary](https://docs.choteaulions.club/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/officers/secretary), [treasurer](https://docs.choteaulions.club/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/officers/treasurer), [service chairperson](https://docs.choteaulions.club/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/service-chair), [marketing chairperson](https://docs.choteaulions.club/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/marketing-chair) and [membership chairperson](https://docs.choteaulions.club/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/membership-chair).

Any officer of this club may be removed from office for good cause by two-thirds (2/3) vote of the entire club membership.<br>
