Program Coordinator

They improve general meetings and keeps members informed of topics of importance to members by scheduling speakers and entertainment for general meetings based on the interests of club members. The program coordinator obtains permission for speakers from the president, informs the club secretary for inclusion on the agenda and informs the marketing chairperson to ensure effective communication. They welcome the speaker on arrival and ensures proper seating and welcoming during the event.
