The program coordinator obtains permission for speakers from the [president](/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/officers/president.md), informs the club [secretary ](/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/officers/secretary.md)for inclusion on the agenda and informs the [marketing chairperson](/committee-procedures/officers-handbooks/marketing-chair.md) to ensure effective communication.
